How cute! Our hens have always been so patient with the kids. They carry them around, swing (gently) with them, and even watch TV with them on their laps. We've even had some join me on the hammock while I've read! LOL Such good pets!
We had two Rhode Island Reds that we quite aggressive toward the boys. We traded them for the two Speckled Sussex. The whole dynamics of the flock changed and the boys are not afraid of the chickens any more. What a relief for us! This flock is so sweet and gentle!
